Jeremiah 1:19 They will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you, says the Lord, to deliver you.
Trouble is on the horizon for every country, but God is expecting you to depend on Him during those times of need. Recently there have been major problems in a number of countries in Africa, but we have been praying for the Christians in those countries.
Your prayers can be hindered when you fail to depend on the promises of God for protection. Jeremiah tells you God is with you, and wants to deliver you. Once Jeremiah was in a dungeon and his friends dropped ropes for him to grab. Had he not done so, he would have stayed in the dungeon, Jeremiah 38:13. God has "dropped" His promises in the Bible for you to grab on to, so that you can be pulled out of the problems. Fill your spirit with more of His promises today, so that you can use them.
